Christmas time:)

We have a fun tradition of going to church on Christmas Eve, followed by Kelly's house for fun and food:)  Here's all the kiddos making a pyramid!  Yes, of course someone got hurt..nothing serious...


Then comes getting Santa and the reindeers goodies ready:)

Our newest game is called Fibber...if you're caught lying you have to put another "nose" on your glasses...I guess we need some more practice at this game:)

As you can see, we all had a great Christmas this year!  I really enjoyed the time we spent each day doing the Jesse Tree.  We read a passage from the Bible, explained how to put it into practice in our lives, prayed, then placed a homemade ornament on our small tree.  Each year the kids "get it" a little more.  It's so exciting to see them anticipate Christmas as a celebration for Jesus' birthday and all he has done for us, not just presents and days off of school (although they do love those, too)!

I pray each of you remembers the TRUE meaning of CHRISTmas each and every year:)
