Easter fun:)

WOW! We had such a fun time in Ohio over Easter!!! We got to see Mama and Papa, all our cousins, aunts/uncles, and Grandma and Grandpa:) I don't have many pics of all the great things we did but I was by myself with 3 kids (1 not walking yet) so my hands were pretty full most of the time. Normally they have a pretty chilly, if not cold and snowy, Easter in Ohio. Boy were we suprised! It was in the 70s and 80s the whole time!!! We enjoyed going to the beach and digging in the sand, playing at the park, playing at my nephews house outside, riding bikes and scooters, watching Papa play basketball with the boys, several egg hunts, coloring eggs, having a tea party, having sleepovers, watching movies wtih popcorn before bed, going to a soda shop and chocolate shop, going out to eat, and just being with each other.

Mama with all the granddaughters...yes there's only 4 of them! (The 8, soon to be 9, boys really out number the girls!) All dressed up for a tea party:)

No boys allowed!
Easter morning...the kids woke up and found eggs that they colored hidden around the house and even new baskets filled with lots of goodies! Not many pics because they came out blurry).

Me and my kiddos:) My sister Kristi had everyone over to her house for Easter this year. We had some very yummy food and even celebrated my nephews 2nd birthday!
I'm really not sure who had more fun...the adults hiding the eggs or the kids finding them:)

Kaleb found an egg in Linda's shirt! And he didn't even hesitate grabbing it:)Karson enjoyed finding his eggs, too
My nephew Kyle throwing the eggs into his basket

Kassidy even found an egg underneath this hat

Me, Kaylin, Kristi, and Kelly (my sisters). Kristi is the one who has another boy on the way:)

Definitely his mother's boy! Trying to get to the chocolate!

Thank you Kristi for having us ALL over for Easter and cooking us a great lunch:) We're so glad we were there to help Austin celebrate his birthday, too! Thanks Mama and Papa and Grandma and Grandpa for all the Easter treats for the kiddos...they love it all. We truly are such a blessed family and enjoy spending time with you all SO much!!!!! Love you:)

Go Orioles!

No, I'm not switching from an Indians fan to an Orioles fan for Major League Baseball. But I do now have a rising baseball star on the 4 yr old Orioles team:) It's Kaleb's first time participating in a team sport and he loves it...it helps that daddy is the coach! The had a few practices and now they have 2 games/week. It's so funny watching them play!!! A lot of times they're not really paying attention and the ball gets hit past them, they all run to the ball when it's hit, and they love to play in the dirt! Each team gets to have their players bat two times, 5 coaches pitch and then they bring out the T if they need it, no outs/scores recorded. This helps them all to learn the basics and have fun hitting and running the bases. It can however become a little boring when it takes each player 5-8 times to hit the ball! But in the end I just LOVE watching Kaleb learn and play baseball and have fun with his new friends:)

I took a few pictures, ok A LOT of pictures, of their practices and first game this past Saturday. Kaleb just looked too darn cute in his really big (smallest we could get) uniform:) Enjoy the pics and if you're really patient enjoy the videos too! (I tried to post the ones with the fewest wait times for the players to hit the ball).

Warming up
Team huddle...they love this part!
#4 like his daddy!

His cheerleader:)
His first time up to bat...we had to buy an extra-light bat for him to be able to actually swing!

Face-painting after the game!

First time hitting

First time running home!

Playing the field...very funny:)
