Playtime with the cousins

Since all the kiddos (except Karson) had H1N1, we haven't seen each other in almost a month! Pretty odd considering we live in the same town. Alex and Evan both ended up with pneumonia, but luckily they recovered really well:)

Aunt Kelly with Karson
She found his tickle spot!!!
After Kassidy showed Kelly how she can hold Karson by herself, Evan had to try. I think Karson's a little too heavy for him!I'm not sure why, but Kaleb and Sara decided to jump on Alex. They laughed so hard!

The only granddaughters on the Hauser side in SC. So sweet!!! FYI...Sara who just turned 3 in September wears the same size shoe as Kassidy who is 5 1/2!
The oldest grandson, Alex, holding the youngest grandson.
It ended up being a sunny, warmish day outside. Sara loved playing football with the boys. Can you tell she has 2 older brothers? Here she's running it in for a touchdown!!!
Of course everyone had to hold the baby:)
And last, guess what Kaleb found? You know that's all he wanted after he saw it:) So happy!

The next week we went to Alex and Evan's school carnival. It was a really fun time! Unfortunately, having 3 kids by myself in a school FULL of children, did not feel comfortable taking my eyes off the kiddos to take any pictures. Kassidy's favorite part was getting her hair painted pink and her nails painted with glow in the dark polish. Kaleb's favorite part was doing the cake walk again and again and again until he finally won!!! Here he is enjoying the goodies:)
And just because it's so funny...here's what Karson had on when I left the room to do a load of wash. (He was on the floor playing)
And here's what he had on when I came back! Big sis Kassidy decided to put her shirt on him:)

Fun with Great Aunt Kathy

Keith's Aunt Kathy made a trip to SC (she's from Ohio) to see a good friend of hers and stopped by to see us. The kids warmed up right away, of course the presents helped:) They got busy right way playing Cars Memory.
Next the kids decided to play 'fight' with Kathy. Luckily Kathy didn't mind the kids jumping on her:) They had lots of fun!!!

Then they played baby and took turns being rocked to sleep...they were crazy that night as you can tell!
After dinner and dessert the kids started throwing the tissue paper from their gifts all around. That gave Kathy the idea to make bushkas for the kids. (I have no idea how to spell that, I'm not Italian, sorry!) Anyway...the kids had a blast!!! They got creative and used the tissue paper to make some really fun things you'll see below.
First, a bushka
Mean face!
It was a super fun night!!! We're so glad Aunt Kathy came to visit because we had a really great time talking and hanging out. Hope to see you again soon!

Finally, a tub that's big enough!

Poor Karson...he's been getting his baths in a baby bathtub that was WAY too small for him!!! So, we finally moved him to the big tub and boy did he like it:) Big sis Kassidy was there to help wash his body and his hair (she did such a good job!) and teach him how to splash.
His new favorite thing to do...splash:)

Karson's first time in the swing:)

Well as you can see Karson LOVED the swing! ! ! ! ! I'm not sure why I didn't think of it before now. He's been sitting so well for a month or so. At least we still have some good weather left so he can enjoy it.

As always my big helpers were ready to push their little brother:) This was the next day. The harder they pushed him the bigger the smiles!

Kaleb enjoyed 'fishing' off the playset and catching big sharks:)

Kassidy showing off her new skill!

October

We have had so much fun outside this October. The first 2 weeks the weather was great...sunny and warm. We definitely took advantage of the nice weather.

The Barbie Jeep got out of the garage finally. It had been awhile with out little mice problem. After a very thorough cleaning and a charge for the battery the kids were off! I must say Kaleb needs a little more practice steering...he went into the yard and into a tree several times!
Playing tennis...I love how Kaleb was ready to hit a home run!

Kassidy actually did really well! She made contact with a lot of the tennis balls.

Who doesn't love playing sidewalk chalk? Good thing I do:)

We had fun indoors, too:)Once Kassidy found out that Kaleb played with shaving cream she wanted to also. Then it was her great idea to pretend they were daddy!

Kassidy loves grabbing her own shots with the camera
Reading Kaleb her book from school all by herself

My friend Amandas kiddos over for a visit. Sierra and Karson both teething:)
Jarrett, Colton, and Kaleb played with this marble castle forever!!!

Always fun with the trains/cars
Stay tuned for more pics!!!
